Large Format 3D-Printer

Teamed up with Troy University to create a large format 3D-Printer. Responsible for the electrical and control systems. The stepper motors are high torque NEMA 23s with a rating of 4.2A that are controlled directly from a Duet 3 6HC Mainboard. The Y and Z axis are driven in parallel by lead-screw, while the x-axis is belt and pinion.

Using experience with large format additive manufacturing machines and concrete extrusion, I have been contracted by Form 3DCP to implement a control system for a 10x6FT. Concrete printer including electrical hardware, software, and documentation.

Inmoov Robotic Arm - Arduino

Responsible for completely modifying and upgrading an array of 3D-Printers including wiring, extrusion, probing, and an upgraded 32-bit control system over the previously 8-bit systems.

Custom Designed Prosthetic Hand

This Arm has 5 fully articulated fingers and a rotational wrist, run from six MG996r Servos. They are powered with 4 AA batteries and controlled with an Arduino Uno. I have also used other control methods such as a Joystick and I plan to make a flex sensor glove in the future. Design taken from Gael Langevin, who has made a full 3D-printed humanoid robot. Made some minor alterations to his design like the Neopixel Leds seen in the video as well as the ultrasonic sensor 'catching' function.
